We accept payment by all the cards listed below. Please be reassured that all personal information and credit card details we collect from you on this web site are collected by us in an encrypted form, which means no one except ourselves can access or see any of your details. All personalised items will be charged to your card on the date we receive your order, prior to the item being embroidered or printed.
We also accept payment by cheque. Please make cheques payable to Oak Apple Embroidery and write your address and cheque guarantee number on the back. Your goods will be despatched after your cheque has cleared which may take up to 10 days.
Cheques should be sent to: Gift-Tag, The Forge, Higher Kingsbury, Milborne Port, Sherborne, Dorset, DT9 5EB accompanied by confirmation of your order.
Orders sent to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and non EU countries are exempt from VAT. This will be calculated once the order is received. Please note there may be local import duties charged at port of entry and may be payable on receipt of your goods. Gift Tag cannot be held responsible for any local import duties or taxes.
If you are short on time we can gift wrap items for you and send direct to the recipient. Please call customer services on 01963 251811 if you require this service.
Gift Wrapping Charge: £3.50
As all our items are personalised especially for you, please allow up to 14 days delivery (subject to credit clearance and stock availability). During particularly busy periods this may be slightly longer, but you will be informed if this is the case.
Orders are despatched via Post Office Recorded Delivery or carrier, depending upon the size and weight of the parcel. Both methods will require a signature on receipt. We cannot leave parcels at your property without having first received a signature.
Standard UK Delivery: £4.50
Overnight UK Delivery: £8.00
Overseas Delivery: Delivery charge will be calculated on receipt of order and confirmed with you prior to order processing.
Non-Personalised Items:
If you are dissatisfied in any way with one of our products, then return the unused item to us in its original condition within 7 days of receipt and we shall be happy to issue a full refund or exchange.
Personalised Items:
We do not offer exchanges or refunds on personalised goods unless the item is faulty.
Returned goods should be carefully re-packaged, and sent at your expense to our Customer Services Department with a copy of the delivery note. We recommend that you obtain a proof of posting receipt when returning goods. Gift-Tag cannot take responsibility for returned items lost in transit.
Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
While every effort is made to provide the most accurate descriptions of the products on our website, there may, on occasion be some variants in colour, size or design which are beyond our control.
